libjenkins-commons-jelly-java software package provides Jenkins fork of Apache Commons Jelly, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjenkins-commons-jelly-java
libjenkins-commons-jelly-java is installed in your system.
